Every song contained in this album was written by Yvonne, during her own recovery from sexual abuse. Each song represents a segment of Yvonne’s recovery process as a means of expressing conflicted emotions and thoughts. She desires that the music allows the listener to express their emotions in a safe capacity, knowing that there is a process to recovery.
